Responsibilities

• Perform month-end and year-end account closing within the stipulated timeline, including preparation of Accounts Payable schedules, inter-company reconciliations and compilation of other required monthly schedules.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns for the Operating Account in compliance with IRAS\' requirements.
• Ensure timely processing of meeting minutes and e-invoices.
• Compile monthly payment statistics and reports on duplicate invoices.
• Maintain accurate financial records to support audits and reporting requirements.
• Assist with ad-hoc accounting tasks to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements

• Possesses minimum a Bachelor\'s Degree with 2 years of Finance experience.
• Knowledge in Workday is a plus.
