Job summary

A leading organization in finance located in Singapore is seeking a finance professional to handle account payable, prepare journal postings, and reconcile financial statements. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in accountancy and possess relevant accounting experience of 1-2 years, with proficiency in MS Office Excel and familiarity with the ACCPAC system. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Diploma in accountancy or equivalent.
• Familiar with ACCPAC system will be an advantage.
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Primarily handle account payable.
• Preparation of journal postings.
• Fixed assets accounting.
• Reconcile bank statements and track payments.
• Generate the monthly and yearly financial reports from system.

Skills

Knowledge of GST

Proficient in MS Office Excel

Familiarity with ACCPAC system

Good interpersonal skills

Education

Diploma in accountancy or equivalent

• Reconcile daily and month-end expense reports for committees
• Project account related tasks, including grants
• Generate the monthly and yearly financial reports from system
• Assist in other finance tasks as at when required

Requirements

• Candidate must possess Diploma in accountancy or equivalent
• Familiar with ACCPAC system will be an advantage
• Good knowledge in GST
• Proficient with MS office Excel
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience
• Meticulous, well‑organised and good interpersonal skill with positive attitude
