About the role

Join the growing finance team at A Hotel Pte Ltd as a Finance Executive. In this full-time role based in the Central Region, you will play a key part in the company's financial accounting and reporting processes. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks that are crucial to the overall success of the business.



What you'll be doing


  • Preparing monthly/quarterly financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements

  • Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts and bank statements

  • Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and ad-hoc financial analyses

  • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Supporting the finance team in ad-hoc projects and any other duties as required



What we're looking for


  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar finance/accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry

  • Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards
