We are seeking a Finance Executive to join our Medical Service team and provide support in various finance tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in handling multiple responsibilities efficiently. As a Finance Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly finance collection Reports for medical team with the accurately and in a timely manner
  • Generate the Project Funding Report, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
  • Handle any other progress reports mandated by AIC, following specified formats and deadlines
  • Ensure all procedures abide by the Finance and Procurement Requirements / Guidelines and its implementation Guide.
  • Consolidate monthly collections, stocks, drug subvention, Journal and bank in entries for different department
  • Assist in Medical Yearly Audits (CST, CDMP & Homecare)
  • Assist in Medical project audit (Tote Board, AAC & MOHH)
  • Assist in Yearly budget preparation and submission
  • Support new initiatives and changes implemented by the Foundation
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years working experience
  • Diploma in accounting
  • Meticulous, diligent and a good team player
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Vlookup
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines
  • Adaptable and comfortable with change, including handling administrative and menial tasks
