The Role

Are you a detail-oriented Finance professional looking to take the next step in your career? Lotusia Group, a dynamic company in the Corporate Secretary and Accounting industry, is seeking a skilled Finance Executive to join their in-house team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of financial operations, from bookkeeping to reporting, making this an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
  2. Prepare monthly financial statements, budget reports, and analytical reports to support management decision-making
  3. Assist in implementing financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  4. Liaise with internal stakeholders, including the management team, to provide financial insights and recommendations
  5. Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  6. Handle GST submissions and ensure timely, accurate filing
  7. Support external auditors and respond to audit queries
  8. Perform other ad-hoc finance and accounting-related tasks as assigned
What We're Looking For
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
  2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting
  3. Proficient in the use of financial software (Xero) and spreadsheet applications
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide financial insights
  5. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
