Job description
What is the role?

This Finance Executive role reports directly to the Singapore Regional Headquarters (RHQ) in supporting Singapore’s business operations. The successful candidate will manage the full billing lifecycle, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency across media billings. The position requires strong collaboration with remote teams to maintain seamless financial processes and reporting.

What are the responsibilities?
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of media project billing and client invoicing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at each stage.
  • Ensure media plans and cost estimates are signed-off promptly, and client purchase orders are obtained prior to commencing work and billings.
  • Reconcile and review Work-in-Progress (WIP) accounts regularly to ensure timely billing and recovery of costs.
  • Collaborate with business teams in regular meetings to monitor media costs, address billing queries or disputes, and keep media plans updated.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate issuance of client invoices and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure prompt receipt.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheet schedules, accompanied by detailed commentaries.
  • Ensure adherence to audit requirements, both statutory and client-specific, and maintain compliance with internal control measures.
  • Participate in and coordinate statutory, internal, and client audit processes in collaboration with the commercial team.
  • Identify areas for process improvement, particularly within billing and reconciliation workflows, to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance.
  • Manage high volumes of transactions with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Work comfortably with remote teams, maintaining effective coordination and alignment across multiple teams.
How will you fit the bill?
  • Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, or related field; a degree or equivalent qualifications will be an advantage.
