Job summary

A leading food and beverage company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivables professional to manage full operations and support audits. Candidates must possess a diploma in Accountancy, have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience, and excel in MS Office, particularly Excel. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required to liaise with stakeholders. The role demands strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Job Description (Account Receivables)
  • Manage full Accounts Receivable operations, including daily processing and month-end closing.
  • Handle intercompany billings, commission accruals and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain customer master records and update monthly schedules.
  • Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding accounts and ensure timely submission of sales reports for management and landlords.
  • Support external audits and perform other assigned ad hoc duties.
Accounts Payable
  • Invoice recording, staff claims processing, prepare payments and staff reimbursements while ensuring compliance with SOPs.
  • Reconcile vendor statements, coordinate internally to address and resolve AP related matters.
  • Support internal and external audit requests and assist with AR duties when needed.
  • Handle other assigned tasks and ad hoc duties.
Job Requirement
  • Minimum Diploma or professional qualifications in Accountancy
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in Account Receivables
  • Experience in F&B or Retail industry is an advantage.
  • Advanced MS Office Skills with strong Excel proficiency
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with management.
  • Meticulous with a good level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication in English and Chinese is required to liaise with English- and Chinese-speaking shareholder.
