We're looking for a Junior Accountant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
  • Process and record accounts payable transactions; manage vendor communications and payment schedules.
  • Prepare customer invoices, track receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations.
  • Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
  • Maintain general ledger accuracy and support preparation of financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.
  • Support the implementation of revenue recognition and cost‑sharing policies.
  • Assist in audit preparation and respond to audit‑related queries.
Office Administration & Regulatory Support
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and place orders when required.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting and administrative records.
  • Provide general support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations of the office.
  • Oversee office administration of operational activities including coordinating courier services, running office errands, and supporting logistics for internal meetings or events.
  • Manage pantry supplies, ensure timely refilling, and maintain general cleanliness and organization of common office areas.
  • Coordinate with vendors or building management for maintenance, repair, or facility‑related requests.
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting, finance operations, or bookkeeping.
  • Strong knowledge of local accounting practices and statutory compliance in Singapore.
  • Hands‑on experience in processing accounts payable, invoicing, reconciliations, and basic financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, or similar).
  • Exposure to working with statutory filings or regulatory bodies (e.g., MOM) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a dual‑role environment (accounting with administrative tasks) is advantageous.
  • Experience in a start‑up or fast‑paced environment will be considered an asset.
  • Candidates must be currently based in Singapore and authorized to work locally.
