We are looking for a motivated Finance Executive to join our dynamic team. Scope of Work

You will be part of a small finance team, with hands‑on experience across a wide range of financial operations:

• Bookkeeping & Accounting Operations

Manage the full accounting cycle — from recording transactions to preparing reconciliations and financial schedules.

• Financial Management & Reporting

Support month‑end and year‑end closings, ensuring timely and accurate reporting aligned with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).

• Budgeting & Forecasting Support

Work closely with management to prepare budgets, monitor spending, and support decision‑making processes.

• Tax & Compliance

Manage GST and corporate tax submissions, as well as grant reporting and audits.

• System & Process Administration

Manage finance systems and approval workflows, ensuring accountability and efficiency in payment and claim processes.
