Hiring: Finance Executive up to SGD 3,500/month Prime Location Near MRT

Are you a meticulous finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Finance Executive to join our client's growing team — someone who’s not just great with numbers, but also keeps operations running smoothly.

Location: Near town, just steps from an MRT station — easy commute, vibrant surroundings.
Salary: Basic monthly salary of up to SGD 3,500
Your Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable (AP):
  • Process vendor invoices and coordinate verification
  • Manage payment schedules and ensure timely disbursements
  • Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Handle vendor inquiries professionally
Accounts Receivable (AR):
  • Issue customer invoices based on contracts
  • Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments
  • Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare monthly AR reports and send Statements of Accounts
Office Admin & Regulatory Support:
  • Manage office supplies and documentation
  • Support daily operations and internal logistics
  • Coordinate courier services and vendor maintenance
  • Maintain pantry and common areas with care
What You Bring:
  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • 2+ years in finance operations or bookkeeping
  • Proficient in MS Excel; XERO experience is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and a collaborative team player
  • Comfortable in a startup or fast-paced setting
