Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage daily accounting process and assist in managing month end / year end closing. You will be part of our finance team with opportunities to contribute to operational audits, cash flow management, financial management and involve in UAT stage of the ERP system. Responsibilities
  • Responsible daily accounting functions, managing end-to-end processes including generating billing, verifying vendor invoices and expense claims, coding, obtaining approval and execution process.
  • Ensure verification processes align with company policies and procedures.
  • Reconcile sub-ledger to general ledger and address any discrepancies.
  • Monitor aging and follow up on outstanding items to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and completeness of month end closing process, including preparing related reports and audit schedules.
  • Assist in cash flow planning to ensure smooth and efficient finance cycle.
  • Support the preparation of documents for GST filing.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Accountant and Finance Manager to develop internal controls and compliance processes to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen risk management.
  • Perform other related accounting duties assigned by superior.
Key Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in maintaining partial accounts of AR/AP in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin (need to liaise with Chinese‑speaking counterparts).
  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced with ERP software (MES, Yonyou, SAP or Oracle).
  • Meticulous, team player with a can‑do attitude and initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines.
  • Workplace based in Tuas South; transport will be provided at designated pickup point.
