Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional finance function, including accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), treasury, reporting and compliance.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support regional business objectives and growth initiatives.
• Prepare and present timely, accurate financial & management reports to senior management and regional stakeholders
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to achieve business targets.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes across the region.
• Provide guidance and support to local finance teams, promoting best practices and process improvements.
• Drive cost optimisation initiatives, cash flow management, and working capital efficiency.
• Participate in strategic business planning, investment decisions, risk management, merger & acquisitions activities and stakeholders management.
• Oversee finance audits and coordinate with internal & external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.
