Description

The Finance Director will oversee all financial operations and strategies within the company. This position is designed for a finance leader who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial hospitality environment. This company operates in the hospitality industry, offering guests a unique experience that blends luxury with sustainability. Its innovative projects contribute to shaping the future of tourism in Singapore.

• Lead full spectrum finance function, overseeing 5 headcounts in the team
• Partner with the General Manager and department heads to provide actionable financial insights and decision support
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive business results
• Design and implement dashboards, KPIs, and analytics tools to improve visibility and accountability
• Evaluate pricing strategies, and capital projects to ensure optimal ROI
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify revenue growth and cost optimization opportunities
• Oversee all accounting and reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial data
• Establish and improve internal controls, workflows, and financial systems to support a scalable operation
• Ensure timely month-end closings, financial statements, and audit readiness
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and expense control to maintain financial health

Profile

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with over 15 years of professional experience

• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within the hospitality industry is highly advantageous
• Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis, strategic business partnering, and process improvement
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a matrix reporting environment; hands-on, solution-oriented, and adaptable
