This role combines strategic planning and hands‑on leadership to drive growth through effective budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and financial operations aligned with our expansion goals.
Oversee and manage full P&L responsibilities to drive financial performance and achieve profitability targets.
Deliver accurate budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Lead long‑term financial forecasting, scenario modelling, and investment planning.
Partner with group directors to shape strategy using data‑driven financial insights.
Monitor and optimize cash flow, including receivables, payables, and inventory financing.
Develop models to ensure sufficient liquidity and reduce capital inefficiencies.
Oversee tax planning, compliance, and optimization strategies across jurisdictions.
Ensure all local, regional, and cross‑border tax regulations are adhered to.
Identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement operational improvements within finance and across the business.
Support automation and digital tools to streamline financial processes.
Bring in‑depth experience working with distribution‑driven businesses, particularly within the medical sector.
Advise on pricing structures, margin optimization, rebates, and distributor agreements.
Establish robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory, audit, and statutory reporting requirements.
