Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support the organization’s long-term goals.
• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes across departments.
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, reporting, payroll, and cash flow management.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Provide accurate financial projections and scenario planning to guide executive decision-making.
• Generate timely and accurate financial reports for the CEO, board of directors, and stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Oversee insurance coverage, internal controls, and financial safeguards.
• Manage company assets, investments, and funding strategies.
• Assess and advise on capital structure, funding options, and ROI of major initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, ensuring high standards of performance.
• Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and financial discipline.
• Oversee implementation and optimization of financial systems and tools.
