Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee group consolidation, statutory reporting, and management reporting for property development and investment entities.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulatory requirements, and tax obligations.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decisions for development projects and investment portfolios.
  • Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and optimize funding structures for property development and acquisitions.
  • Partner with senior management to provide financial insights on project feasibility, capital allocation, and ROI.
  • Strengthen internal controls and implement best practices across finance processes.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders.
  • Support ERP system enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.
Profile
The Successful Candidate
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, CPA/CA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  • At least 12 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles in property development, real estate investment, or related sectors.
  • Strong technical knowledge in financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage audits, tax matters, and treasury functions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
