Job summary

EY Singapore invites motivated students to join the Finance Business Consulting team as an internship. You will support gathering data on current processes, conduct research, and help analyze and redesign end-to-end finance workflows using automation and AI tools.

You'll develop strong proposal support, participate in trainings, and build a professional network across the global EY community, balancing client service with personal priorities during Jan/Feb to Jun 2027.

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Business, Banking & Finance or any related discipline.
Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills in English.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Gather data and information on current-state processes through supporting interviews and process walkthroughs with client counterparts.
Research and collect relevant information from internal resources to prepare value-adding recommendations.
Analyze, optimize and/or redesign end-to-end Finance processes (including technology used).
Automate Finance processes using Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine Learning.
Assist Managers/Senior Managers/Directors and Partners in proposal development.
Attend internal Finance related trainings and web-based learnings.
Develop positive relationships with peers, supervisors and counselors for support.
