Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage ‘Run the Bank’ change requests following the QR framework.
• Serve as single point of contact for all business needs.
• Liaise with business users to formalize requirements.
• Manage budget allocation and billing of prioritised change requests.
• Support departmental administrative activities.

Previous experience in system analysis

Education
