  • Deliver actionable insights through financial analysis, scenario planning, forecasting, and trend analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
  • Establish and continuously improve sales forecasting processes, KPI reporting, and financial planning tools to enhance forecast accuracy and create a single source of truth for business performance.
  • Develop management reports and dashboards that provide meaningful business insights and support commercial decision-making across Singapore and the APAC region.
  • Drive regional pricing frameworks, investment analytics, performance management standards, and knowledge sharing to improve consistency and business effectiveness.
  • Lead or support regional finance transformation and automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and reporting capabilities.

Experience
  • 5–8 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Pricing Strategy, or related commercial finance roles within a multinational environment.
  • Proven experience partnering with Sales, Business Development, Product, or Commercial teams to influence business decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience developing financial models, business cases, pricing strategies, forecasting, and commercial analyses.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets to identify trends, forecast business performance, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Experience supporting commercial planning, performance reviews, or business growth initiatives.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with Power BI, Hyperion, or similar financial planning and reporting tools.
