HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. seeks an Audit Accountant to join a leading hospitality organisation, ensuring financial accuracy, internal controls, and regulatory compliance across operations.

You will perform daily audits, review records, reconcile reports, and support process improvements, with a 5-day week, a basic salary of SGD 3,000–3,500 plus AWS and a 1–4 month performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of accounting or auditing experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily audits of operational and financial transactions in accordance with established policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Review transaction records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Reconcile daily operational reports and investigate discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Verify supporting documentation and maintain accurate audit records.
• Conduct physical verification and reconciliation of cash and other accountable assets when required.
• Monitor operational activities and identify irregularities or exceptions for follow-up.
• Prepare daily audit reports and act unresolved issues where necessary.
• Support compliance initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational accuracy and adherence to internal controls.
• Perform other audit and operational support duties as assigned.
