Overview
FCAP is a Singapore-based global investment firm. The Company focuses on mid-market buyout and growth equity investments in technology-enabled businesses. Since 2014, the team has managed over US$1.2B in cumulative PE commitments. The Company is supported by global institutional investors including global bank, insurance, pension, endowment, fund of funds, family office and asset manager across Europe, the Americas, middle-east and Asia.
Responsibilities
- Treasury & Capital Management
- Monitor fund and management company bank accounts and cash flows
- Prepare capital call and distribution notices with fund administrators
- Support investment funding, fee payments, and operating expenses
- Fund Administration & Reporting
- Coordinate with administrators on NAV, capital account statements, and reconciliations
- Review and reconcile capital activity, fund accounts, and SPV ledgers
- Maintain investor registers, fund documents, and reporting calendars
- Fund & Corporate Structure Oversight
- Maintain fund structure charts, entity records, and director/officer registers
- Support corporate secretarial matters (resolutions, filings, statutory changes)
- Liaise with service providers for entity management and governance
- KYC / AML Compliance
- Collect and verify investor and counterparty KYC documentation
- Maintain AML/CFT records and support periodic compliance reviews
- Prepare regulatory filings and documentation for fund launches/changes
- General Administration & Support
- Coordinate internal/external meetings, deal closings, and investor events
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and fund service providers
- Manage document control, archiving, and general administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Strong interest in fund operations, finance, and private equity / asset management
- Solid analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with financial reporting or fund administration is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills for working with internal teams, service providers, and external stakeholders
- Fluency in written and spoken English; Mandarin skills are an advantage
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience in finance, accounting, or fund administration preferred
