Responsibilities

  • Handle corporate tax filings, statutory reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Manage payroll processing, employee benefits, and statutory contributions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry compensation benchmarks.
Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Oversee performance appraisal and career progression frameworks.
HR Compliance & Policy Development
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
2. Financial Management
Budgeting & Financial Planning

Accounting & Financial Reporting

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management.
Taxation & Compliance
  • Handle corporate tax filings, statutory reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies.
Payroll & Benefits Accounting
  • Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely salary disbursement.
  • Oversee employee benefits costs and financial implications.
Risk Management & Internal Controls
  • Implement internal control to mitigate financial risks.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and finance regulations.
