Job summary

CognaLearn is seeking a Finance and Operations Analyst, Intern to be based at our Singapore headquarters for at least six months, starting January 2027. You will work with the Founder and Director of Administrations on capital raising, investor relations, financial modeling and automation of business processes.

You will gain broad startup exposure, blending aspects of management consulting and investment banking in a dynamic environment with senior leadership guidance.

Nine years after founding we have validated our product, need and business by delivering the world's best and mostly widely used all-in-one online Team-Based Learning platform. We continue to grow rapidly and are now working to scale our impact.

We are looking for a Finance and Operations Analyst, Intern who will be based at our global headquarters in Singapore for at least six months to assist our Founder and work with the Director of Administrations and IF-AT on all aspects of the business.

Interested applicants can apply during either of the 2 annual recruitment cycles:

• March to April, for internship starting in June.
• September to October, for internship starting in January.

We are now sourcing candidates to start in January 2027.

What You Will Be Doing

Part management consulting and part investment banking analyst role combined in a startup without the long hours and high stress. Work directly with our senior executives, including our founder (former management consultant, investment banker and CFO), to assist in managing the various business aspects of CognaLearn; a wonderful way to get a broad startup experience. Areas include:

• Capital raising: Investor due diligence, meetings and pitch decks

• Financial modeling: Update financial models and metrics
• Business operations: Automate business and e-commerce processes
