  • Industry/ Organization Type: Design and Manufacture of Parts and Tools
  • Position Title: Finance and Admin Manager
  • Working Location: Kaki Bukit (Walk distance from MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (8am – 5.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on Key Performance Metrics (KPMs) including revenue, gross profit margin, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, cost management, employee engagement, and compliance with standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and build a team committed to operational excellence and high performance.
  • Engage in strategic planning with the executive team to set and achieve subsidiary goals through effective implementation of strategic plans and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and industry partners; assess financial tools to enhance these relationships.
  • Manage the financial health of the subsidiary through budgeting, resource allocation, and implementation of cost-saving measures.
  • Uphold stringent quality and compliance standards through regular audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and a strong internal controls system.
  • Promote and practice 8S methodologies, ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
  • Oversee HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Conduct thorough risk management to identify and mitigate internal and external risks.
  • Provide detailed reports and analysis on financial performance, administrative efficiency, and HR metrics, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
