- Working Location: Kaki Bukit (Walk distance from MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (8am – 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Metrics (KPMs) including revenue, gross profit margin, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, cost management, employee engagement, and compliance with standards.
- Lead, mentor, and build a team committed to operational excellence and high performance.
- Engage in strategic planning with the executive team to set and achieve subsidiary goals through effective implementation of strategic plans and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and industry partners; assess financial tools to enhance these relationships.
- Manage the financial health of the subsidiary through budgeting, resource allocation, and implementation of cost-saving measures.
- Uphold stringent quality and compliance standards through regular audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and a strong internal controls system.
- Promote and practice 8S methodologies, ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
- Oversee HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Conduct thorough risk management to identify and mitigate internal and external risks.
- Provide detailed reports and analysis on financial performance, administrative efficiency, and HR metrics, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in overseeing finance, administration, and human resources departments.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution, budget management, and operational optimization.
