We are seeking a Finance and Administrative Executive to support and enhance the company’s financial management and administrative operations. This role combines hands-on accounting work with general office management duties, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes across departments.

Key Responsibilities
Finance Functions
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, verify invoices, and ensure timely payments.
  • Prepare and record journal entries, expense claims, and bank reconciliations.
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and budget tracking.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and vendors as needed.
  • Assist in implementing internal controls and process improvements within the finance function.
Administrative Functions
  • Oversee general office administration, including supplies procurement and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, invoices, and HR documents.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance and/or administrative roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
