We are seeking a Finance and Administrative Executive to support and enhance the company’s financial management and administrative operations. This role combines hands-on accounting work with general office management duties, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Functions
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, verify invoices, and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and record journal entries, expense claims, and bank reconciliations.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and budget tracking.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and vendors as needed.
- Assist in implementing internal controls and process improvements within the finance function.
Administrative Functions
- Oversee general office administration, including supplies procurement and vendor coordination.
- Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, invoices, and HR documents.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance and/or administrative roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
