Qualifications

  • Proficiency in managing Giro transactions and related tasks.
  • Ability to handle and respond to feedback and MPS (Mail Processing System) emails.
  • Experience in managing and reconciling petty cash.
  • Skill in updating tracking lists for permit deposit refunds across all divisions.
  • Capable of checking and verifying system-generated notices.
  • Experience in preparing weekly call centre reports and creating duty rosters.
  • Ability to manage cashier responsibilities and handle counter duties efficiently.
