Job summary

Nomura offers a 2-year graduate program in Asia excluding Japan, based in Singapore. You will be placed in either Business Finance and Control or Financial Control & Regulatory Capital Management, with rotations across teams to gain broad finance exposure.

You will receive structured training, opportunities to pursue professional qualifications, and hands-on use of Power BI, Alteryx, and Python in daily work.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Final year of study or advanced degree; eligible to commence in July 2027.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience and involvement in finance projects.
• Rotation opportunities within BFC or FCR based on business needs.
• Sponsorship to professional qualifications (CFA, CPA, CIMA, AICPA).
• Tailored training and exposure to Power BI, Alteryx and Python.
