Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to manage the end-to-end sales incentives process. Responsibilities include collaborating with Sales teams, conducting analytical reviews, and standardizing processes across APAC and METAP markets. Ideal candidates will have a BA/BS degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end sales incentives process from calculation to payout.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to improve accuracy and efficiency via process or system enhancement
  • Work under time pressure to ensure that results are finalised before submission deadline
  • Partner with Sales teams and CRM teams to develop optimized CRM-related business processes
  • Stay up-to-date with new CRM products and feature launches and ensure Sales teams are aligned
  • Lead processes standardisation projects independently across APAC and METAP markets, provide guidelines and training for the Sales team
  • Conduct in-depth analytical review of business operations and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Prepare clear and concise management reporting via dashboard visualization that delivers actionable insights to leadership.
  • Coordinate with Sales and cross-functional teams (Finance, HR/Payroll, Product, HQ Teams, etc.) with a strong client-focused and continuous improvement mindset.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Accounting, Business Administration, Analytics or related fields;
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced company with knowledge of/experience in Media/Media Operations, Digital Advertising, Business Intelligence, Revenue Strategy/Operations, Audit, or related fields;
  • Highly analytical and attention to details;
  • Comfortable dealing with people and the processing of business operations;
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Excel and Power Point preferably (BI system knowledge is a plus);
  • Highly self-motivated, independent, proactive, agile and determined to drive assigned targets and projects with perseverance and passion.
