Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore seeks a Finance Analyst (Business Controlling & FP&A) to support budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and performance reporting for childcare centres across the portfolio.

Overview

Being a strategic business partner to the Singapore Portfolio, the Finance Analyst (Business Controlling & FP&A) will be part of the Finance team, reporting to the Controller. The role supports business performance management across childcare centres by providing financial insights, forecasting, budgeting, profitability analysis, and operational performance reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, HR, Marketing, and Senior Management teams to support business decisions, improve financial performance, and drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting exercises across childcare centres and regional entities.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and forecasts.
  • Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, prior year, and operational targets.
  • Maintain financial planning models and forecasting assumptions.
• Business Performance & Financial Profitability Management
  • Monitor key operational and financial KPIs across childcare centres.
  • Analyse performance metrics with key internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare business performance reports with financial and operational data to identify performance drivers and emerging trends.
  • Identify performance gaps, trends, risks, and opportunities for management review to support data-driven decision-making through meaningful analysis and insights.
• Business Partnering & Decision Support
  • Collaborate with Operations, HR, Marketing, and Senior Management to understand business performance and operational challenges.
  • Provide financial insights to support operational decision-making and performance improvement initiatives with key internal departmental heads.
  • Translate financial and operational data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Support management reviews and business performance discussions.
  • Participate in centre performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Scenario Modelling & Business Cases
  • Develop financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Support financial scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for key operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of ROI analyses and business cases for new centre developments, capital expenditure, renovations, and other strategic investment initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in FP&A, Business Controlling, Audit, Business Analytics, and/or Corporate Finance are welcome.
• Internship experience in finance, audit, consulting, business analysis, or accounting will be advantageous.
• Experience within education, childcare, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or multi-site service industries will be an advantage.
