Japanese company is seeking a Finance Analyst to join our Finance & Administration Department at our Singapore office. This newly created role reflects our continued business growth and commitment to strengthening financial operations within a stable and well-established Japanese firm.

Responsibilities
  • Lead annual budgeting and coordinate with business units
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly performance reviews and variance analysis
  • Prepare management reports for internal and HQ stakeholders
  • Manage Singapore tax incentive applications and transfer pricing documentation
  • Ensure compliance with BEPS 2.0 and other tax regulations
  • Support general finance-related tasks, including insurance matters
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on management accounting
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Highly motivated, responsible, and collaborative
  • Business-level Japanese is welcomed but not required
