A Snapshot

As the Finance Analyst you will report to the Finance Manager, and work closely with the rest of the Financial Control team, making your mark in a number of ways:

  • Opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects.
  • Hands‑on experience in a professional finance setting.
  • Exposure to financial systems, reporting tools, and business operations.
  • Mentorship from experienced finance professionals.
Your Day to Day
  • Main projects would involve business transformation: Support the finance team to research and design dashboards using Power BI or advanced Excel tools (e.g. Power Query, PivotTables, charts) to visualise key financial and operational metrics, providing insightful summaries for financial statements reporting.
  • Work on continued process improvement and exploring technological solutions to increase efficiencies on recurring financial reports.
Financial Reporting and Controls
  • Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and review of balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Conduct variance analysis on historical data to explain differences and present findings.
  • Support the implementation of financial controls and assisting policy documentation.
  • Other ad hoc projects where required.
Requirements
  • We welcome recent graduates and early‑career professionals (1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science) who are eager to gain meaningful, hands‑on experience and develop their professional skills.
  • Has foundations in PowerBI and/or other advanced Excel tools (e.g. Power Query, PivotTables, charts).
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
  • Detail oriented and proactive problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaborative teamwork skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast‑paced environment.
