Job summary

A financial consultancy in Singapore is seeking a finance professional with at least 7 years of experience in financial data management and a strong understanding of Excel and SAP systems. Responsibilities include creating financial reports, managing budgets, and asset management. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field and possesses advanced Excel and reporting skills.

Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution or Consultancy.
  • Experience in software and maintenance contractual processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create PR/GR/Extract reports using SAP system.
  • Process invoice payments.
  • Prepare monthly financial dashboard reports.
  • Manage laptops inventory and asset issuance.

Responsibilities
  • Create PR/GR/Extract reports using SAP system
  • Process invoice payments
  • Financial Data Management – Ensuring accurate/up-to-date data entries in excel trackers
  • Work with various senior managers to monitor utilization of budget
  • Prepare monthly financial dashboard reports
  • Assist with yearly budget exercise
  • Prepare weekly reports for Finance Lead on open tasks/ issues
  • Asset Management – Manage laptops inventory, issuance, write-off of assets, etc.
  • Other Finance/Asset Management related ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Finance Lead
Skills/Requirement
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance/ Business Management or related field
  • At least 7 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution or Consultancy firms
  • Good understanding of Technology Finance
  • Above average excel skills (Advanced formulas, pivot tables, building of reporting dashboard). Strong in data analysis using excel
  • Have working experience and advance understanding of SAP system (PEMS) would be a plus
  • Experienced in software and related maintenance contractual/commercial processing will be a plus
  • Good knowledge in Power Point and have prior experience in preparing PPT slides for reporting purpose. Knowledge in Power BI will be a plus
