• Prepare Monthly Financial Review package.
• Conduct variance analysis across various areas.

Skills

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring timely and quality financial planning and costing.
• Coordinate and consolidate month‑end closed financial review analysis.
• Coordinate and consolidate Outlook/Budget financial review analysis.
• Prepare Monthly Financial Review package.
• Prepare Monthly Cost Rollup and Product Cost/AUC simulation.
• Conduct variance analysis for Actual vs Outlook vs Budget across various areas such as Sales Qty, Revenue, Standard COGS, Standard Gross Margin, and Inventory & FDOH.
• Prepare Quarterly Outlook / Yearly Budget for Financial Review package and Inventory Projection.
• Handle ad hoc projects including Process Automation / Improvement.

Skills, abilities and knowledge

• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, preferably with knowledge of SAP.
• Knowledge of VBA Excel Programming, Tableau, and M365 Copilot or other AI applications is an added advantage.
• Ability to work under stressful environment & tight deadlines.
• Good planning, organizational and analytical skills.
• Proactive and good problem‑solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
