Luna Events Pte. Ltd. is a growing event management company known for delivering creative and seamless event experiences. We are looking for a Finance Administrator to assist with daily financial data entry and administrative support using Microsoft Excel.

Role Overview:
This position focuses on basic financial data entry and administrative support. You will be responsible for recording financial information accurately, maintaining spreadsheets, and supporting the finance team in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily expenses, payments, and receipts using Microsoft Excel.
  • Maintain and update financial spreadsheets and records.
  • Prepare simple financial summaries and reports when required.
  • Assist in verifying invoices, payment claims, and supporting documents.Organise and file financial documents (soft copy and hard copy).
  • Support general administrative duties related to finance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum O-Level or Diploma qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, basic formatting).
  • Meticulous and organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
