About the role

Oohray Group Pte Ltd is seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Finance & Admin Assistant to join our team in the Kaki Bukit East Region. This full‑time position will provide crucial administrative and financial support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you\'ll be doing
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, record‑keeping, and reconciliations
  • Maintaining and updating financial records and databases
  • Providing general office and administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and handling general inquiries
  • Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed
  • Providing support and ad‑hoc tasks as required
  • We welcome fresh graduates

  • Strong proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and other office productivity tools would be an advantage
