Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Admin Assistant to support their financial and administrative operations. This role involves assisting with accounts payable and receivable, preparing invoices and financial reports, and managing office documentation. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and possess strong communication skills. This position is open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Admin Assistant to support our finance and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Job Description

Position Title: Finance & Admin Assistant
Working Location: Bencoolen
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (5-day work week)
Basic Salary: $2,200 – $2,500

Finance Duties
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Support monthly financial reporting
Administrative Duties
  • Prepare contracts and agreements, ensuring proper documentation
  • Liaise with clients on various matters
  • Handle general communication (calls, emails)
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in finance/admin role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word & Basic accounting knowledge
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently
  • Only Singaporean and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply
