Job summary

A maritime company in Singapore is seeking an Accountant to assist the Finance Manager with accounts handling and administrative duties. The role is open to both fresh graduates and experienced candidates who are motivated to learn. Responsibilities include managing invoices, reconciliations, and client communications. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related fields, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and integrity.
• Possess Microsoft office skills – Excel is essential.
• 1 Year of working experience is preferred. Fresh Graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist Finance Manager to handle Company’s accounts.
• Generate invoices, bank deposits and official receipts.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email.
