Our family office is seeking a meticulous Finance & Accounting Assistant to support our operational and financial operations. This role will report to our Operations & Finance Manager and play a key role in maintaining accurate consolidated financial reporting across our diverse holdings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
  • Prepare quarterly consolidated financial statements across multiple entities and investment vehicles
  • Maintain general ledger entries and ensure accurate inter‑company transactions
  • Reconcile bank accounts, investment accounts, and inter‑company balances
  • Track and record investment transactions (equities, bonds, private equity, etc.)
  • Prepare and file GST returns for relevant entities
  • Assist with month‑end and quarter‑end close processes
  • Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation
  • Maintain organized documentation for all entities and investments
  • Support tax preparation by organizing financial data and investment records
Requirements:
  • Degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance (ACCA/CPA pursuing is a plus)
  • 2-5 years of accounting experience with consolidation exposure
  • Experience working with multiple entities or group reporting
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and consolidation concepts
  • Proficiency in accounting software (MYOB/Xero is a plus) and Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred:
  • Prior experience in family office or audit
  • Familiarity with investment accounting and portfolio reporting
  • Knowledge of Singapore tax and regulatory requirements
