Internationalinsuranceprofessionals in Singapore or Hong Kong seeks a hands-on Senior Accountant to lead IFRS statutory financial statements for APAC entities. You will coordinate with Big 4 auditors and manage PBC schedules, ensuring timely and accurate year-end reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in corporate accounting or auditing, deep IFRS knowledge, and strong Excel/ERP skills. You will work with distributed teams to meet tight deadlines.

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CA/ACCA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in corporate accounting, financial reporting, or audit.
• Deep IFRS knowledge; strong Excel, ERP experience.

Responsabilidades

• Draft IFRS-compliant statutory financial statements for APAC entities.
• Liaise with Big 4 auditors; manage PBC schedules and audit timelines.
• Perform month-end reconciliations, cash book verifications, and P&L analytics.
• Reconcile intercompany ledgers and resolve transfer pricing discrepancies.
• Partner with regional stakeholders for timely month-end closings and accruals.

Location: Hong Kong or Singapore

Core Objective:

Lead the preparation and finalization of IFRS-compliant statutory audited financial statements for APAC entities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Draft statutory financial statements under IFRS.
2. Act as primary liaison with Big 4 external auditors-manage PBC schedules, queries, and the full audit timeline.
3. Perform month-end balance sheet reconciliations, cash book verifications, and P&L analytics.
4. Reconcile complex multi-entity intercompany ledgers and resolve transfer pricing discrepancies.
5. Partner with regional stakeholders to ensure timely month-end adjustments, accruals, and ledger closures.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA, CA, or ACCA strongly preferred.
2. 5+ years in corporate accounting, financial reporting, or audit-financial services or Big 4 background highly advantageous.
3. Deep, current IFRS knowledge.
4. ERP (Oracle preferred), Workiva (a plus), and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivots, formulas).
5. Excellent English communication, highly organized, self-sufficient, and comfortable working with distributed teams and tight deadlines.
