About the Role

As a Production Business Executive, your role is to ensure seamless coordination between clients, production houses, and internal teams. You will focus on business communication, project scheduling, and partnership management — ensuring that every filming project is executed smoothly, on time, and to the highest standards.

This position is best suited for individuals who are organised, client-focused, and confident in handling cross-border communications.

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise with production houses for quotations, schedules, and business negotiations.
• Coordinate and oversee the filming and production process to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain clear communication between clients, directors, and production teams.
• Support overseas filming assignments when required.
• Build and sustain strong, long-term business relationships with production partners.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Media, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (spoken & written) to work effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Candidates with an interest in sports, particularly football, or experience working on sports-related projects are strongly preferred.
• Singaporean nationality preferred, with knowledge of both local and international business practices.
• Prior experience in business coordination, production support, advertising, or client management will be an advantage.
• Excellent execution, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to travel overseas and adapt to cross-border working environments.
