Job summary

Neste in Singapore seeks a Master Trainer to develop, deliver and continuously improve field and operations training for PTU/WWT operators at the Tuas refinery. You will translate complex process knowledge into practical training content, ensure frontline workforce competence and operational readiness through hands-on field learning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of PTU/WWT field operator experience.
• Detail-oriented with high standards for training quality.
• Experience delivering training programs, coaching and field assessment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, or refine classroom and field training materials for the Operations Developmental Program.
• Deliver structured field-based training adhering to safety standards and procedures.
• Lead training programs including New Process Technician Training and competence initiatives.
• Develop field training materials and assessment tools; document performance outcomes.
• Identify skill gaps and propose development plans to supervisors and trainers.
