Job summary

Shecey (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Field Technician to install and service water monitoring systems and CCTV solutions at construction sites. You will diagnose issues, perform calibrations, and maintain instruments in industrial plants, working on-site and outdoors, and coordinating with customers to ensure timely job completion.

A Class 3 driving licence is required, with Class 2B licence an advantage; indicate current and expected salary.

Qualifications

Strong problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to troubleshooting.
Effective communication skills— able to coordinate with colleagues and explain issues clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

Install, test, and commission water monitoring and CCTV systems at construction sites.
Perform on-site and in-house service, maintenance, and calibration of water analytical instruments.
Diagnose faults methodically and resolve technical issues to minimise customer downtime.
Prepare clear, complete, and accurate service and calibration reports, ensuring all work performed and service steps for each asset are properly recorded.
Ensure work is completed according to procedures and safety requirements.
Test and evaluate the viability of new products.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth job execution.
