Job description

Location : Changi Airport (Transit)

Job Types : 1 Year service contract (1 months probation)

Hourly Pay : Between $12 – $15/hr

<< Choice of Shift Timing>>

Afternoon: 1500 – 2300 HRS /Night: 2300 – 0700 HRS

<<Either One of the Following Experience:>>

• Market research: 1 year (Preferred)
• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Tourist/Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)

<<Job Scope>>

• Observe airport operations across the terminals and input relevant data into a tablet (iPad)
• Approach passengers to obtain feedback on their satisfaction (no more than 5 questions)

<<Job requirements and expectations>>

• Education level: GCE “N” Level and above preferably
• Ability to converse in Mandarin
• Proficient in the use of iPad/Android tablet
• Adhere to work schedules and submit feedback and updates to the supervisors on a timely manner
• Past experience in market research, survey interviewing and customer service would be beneficial
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with walking and standing throughout work hours (with short breaks in between)
• Able to commit at least 15 days a month (may include 2-3 Saturdays/Sundays)
