Job description

*Location : Changi Airport (Fully Air-conditioned)

*Job Types : 1 Year service contract (2 months of probation)
*Hourly Pay : Between $12 - $15/hr

*Supplemental Pay : Performance bonus

Experience:

• Market research: 1 year (Preferred)
• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Scope

• Observe airport operations across the terminals and input relevant data into a tablet (iPad)
• Approach passengers to obtain feedback on their satisfaction (no more than 5 questions)

Job requirements and expectations

• Education level: GCE "N'' Level and above preferably
• Ability to converse in Mandarin
• Proficient in the use of iPad/Android tablet
• Adhere to work schedules and submit feedback and updates to the supervisors on a timely manner
• Past experience in market research, survey interviewing and customer service would be beneficial
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with walking and standing throughout work hours (with short breaks in between)
• Able to commit at least 6 weekend days in a month.
