About the role

This position is for a Field Service Technician, performing troubleshooting and repair works under service agreement/warranty.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and give recommendations for repairs for Chillers, Cooling Towers & Pumps under service agreement
• Perform recommended repairs for the Chillers, Cooling Towers & Pumps under service agreement
• Liaise with customer technicians on maintenance/repair schedule.
• Work closely with subcontractors to perform repair works
• Perform 24/7 standby duty (rostered) for complaint and breakdown
• Ensure safety procedures and conduct during service or repairs.
• Perform monthly routine service for Chillers, Cooling Towers & Pumps under service agreement whenever assigned by supervisor.
