Job summary

A technology solutions company located in Singapore is seeking a candidate to provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in wafer fabrication and similar industries. Strong technical knowledge, customer relationship skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. This role may require short notice travel.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of technical experience in Wafer fabrication, LED, FPD, WLP, etc.
• Good technical knowledge & troubleshooting skills.

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and commissioning of equipment.
• Coordinate and liaise with customers for maintenance/upkeeping services.

• Continuous Improvement Project (CIP) for current processes.
• Coordinate and liaise with customers for maintenance / upkeeping services.
• Maintain customer relationships to ensure prompt & professional product and services delivery.
• Must be able to work independent with minimal supervision.
• Able to travel on short notice.
• Performed other technical tasks as assigned.
• Semi-conductor experience is an added advantage.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Electronic/Electrical or any Engineering discipline.
• At least 2 years of technical experience in Wafer fabrication, LED, FPD, WLP, etc.
• Good technical knowledge & troubleshooting skills.
• Possess a valid driving license.
