Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Mechatronics
• 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a technical environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in water dispensers and related equipment
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and electronic repairs and maintenance
• Inspect and refurbish equipment before deployment
• Conduct on-site repair and servicing at customer premises
• Test repaired equipment for proper operation and safety
• Identify faulty components and recommend replacements
• Maintain records of repairs and parts
• Provide professional on-site technical support to customers
• Supervise and coordinate technicians for on-site jobs
• Train new staff on processes to maintain service quality
