Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.
• Willing to travel overseas for work support and training.
• Able to work overtime, standby after office hours, on weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Start-up, installation and commissioning of front-end automated semiconductor equipment.
• Maintenance on semiconductor equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Implement continuous enhancement programs on machines to achieve reliability.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and to enhance equipment capabilities.
• Coordinate logistics activities related to equipment installation/maintenance/repair.
• Manage the inventory and availability of spare parts and tools.
• Conduct training for customers to ensure they are proficient in operating the equipment.
• Provide ongoing support and technical assistance to customers as needed.
• Develop relationship with customers and ensure they are satisfied with the equipment/services.
• Effectively address customer needs and concerns.

Information

1. Salary range: $2500 - $3500 + ($400 - $600 Transport) + $650 Mobile allowance
2. Working hour: Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering
• At least 2 years experience in Semicon industry however entry level are welcome to apply.
• Willing to travel overseas for work support and training
• Able to be work overtime/standby after office hours, weekends and public holiday/periodic night shift
