• Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out on-site preventive and corrective maintenance for semiconductor metrology systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly to minimize equipment downtime.
• Document service activities and monitor equipment performance accurately.
• Manage and update spare parts inventory, ensuring required components are readily available for service operations.
• Comply with all safety procedures and standards consistently.
• Engage in ongoing Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs).

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a field service engineering role, ideally within semiconductor metrology or a related manufacturing sector.
• Hands-on experience with defect inspection or review tools.
• Capable of working in a cleanroom setting and overtime when necessary.
