Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, configuration, repair, and preventive maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment on customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all service activities comply with HHS, EHS, and relevant regulatory standards.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with customers and internal support teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field
• 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience with AMAT Centura and TEL furnace tools will be an added advantage.
